David Moreau
Founder & Managing Director

A native of Dublin, Ireland, David graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1997 before embarking on a successful career in a variety of senior management positions with a number of Irish and global financial services companies.

David’s career has seen him working both in Ireland, Australia and the United States and his real sense of empathy and understanding for re-locating assignees arises from his personal experiences of life as an ex-pat.

His love of Ireland and his desire to find more efficient, innovative and supportive solutions to help new assignees settle-in to Ireland inspired him to launch Onboard Ireland.

David lives with his wife and family in Dublin.  As a father of three children he can provide both a personal and family perspective on relocation and he understands the importance of making the transition seamless and supporting assignees and their families before, during and after their arrival.

In his spare time David is a dedicated fan of rugby union and when not watching from the side-lines or coaching children in his local club, he can be found out on the pitch refereeing amateur games as a member of the Association of Referees Leinster Branch.  He cherishes the special friendships, bonds, endeavour and mutual respect that are central to the game of rugby.

“We help our clients create a great new lifestyle in Ireland, with many familiar elements but also room for new experiences and opportunities.”
— DAVID MOREAU, FOUNDER —

Siobhan Keegan
Relocation Consultant

A native of Meath in Ireland, Siobhan graduated from University College Dublin in 1995, following which she taught in the Irish high-school education system for four years before pursuing a highly successful career as a financial analyst with an Irish based Canadian Fund Management Company.

Siobhan travelled extensively through North America and Asia with her work.  She has also lived in Germany and Italy and her experience of living abroad, as a non-native speaker, is of great benefit in helping her clients with tips and advice to overcome the obstacles of relocation and making their move to Ireland both highly successful and personally enriching.

Siobhan is fluent in Italian and German and taught in St. Kilian's German School (Deutsche Schule) in Dublin City, giving her a unique insight into Irish education for children of international assignees.

A mother of two boys, Siobhan is married to an Italian national, and lives in Dublin in a bilingual home where English and Italian are used interchangeably.

In her very limited spare time, Siobhan enjoys cooking, pilates and an odd game of tennis.
